We met the owner, Klaus Werndl, in advance and discussed the details. He wanted it to be a place of discovery. A world that captured the imagination in which the kids could completely immerse themselves, giving parents an opportunity to enjoy a cappuccino at the bar next door following their workout and watch the kids from a distance. There would be no risk of the children feeling that they had been left alone. In fact, during the parents’ fitness session, their offspring would experience an exciting time in a wonderful environment, where the time would simply fly by.
We selected a few suitable options for the small but very high-ceilinged room and, after a brief consultation, everyone agreed on the Jungle Adventure motif. As is customary, our design team then reworked the motif. Certain colour settings, brightness, contrast and of course the size had to be tailored to the surroundings.
After printing the mural at Komar, the walls were papered and the empty room was quickly transformed into a lively retreat for children. Anyone arriving in the spacious foyer of the fitness club can hardly miss the exotic room to the right of the reception desk. To complement the inviting toys and seating, the children are looked down on by all the animals of the jungle. There is always more to discover on the vast wall surface, the XXL format wowing young and old alike.
The diverse array of motifs is also ideal for staging goods in shop windows, for offices, hotels or exclusive restaurants. Our murals provide an individual backdrop for interior furnishing concepts.
